A prolific producing, mild flavored, large, versatile Chile pepper. 75-80 days to maturity.
Fresh and crisp with mild spice when harvested green, or slightly sweet with more spice when harvested yellow-green or red. Chile's are 4 – 7” with shoulders 1 – 2” wide. Great for fresh eating, roasting, stuffing and cooking.
