Tasty, snow white, 6", dense, heavy, cauliflower heads. A self blanching variety - leaves curl around heads protecting them from sun leaving the head a desired white. (Most cauliflower varieties must be manually shielded from the sun to produce white heads.)
Well adapted for short seasons, 70-80 days. Used pickled, roasted, for pizza crust, riced, pureed, and mashed as high nutrient, low-carb replacement for conventional mashed potatoes.
